Production
How long will it take for my order to be made and shipped?
Some of our pieces are ready to ship, while others are made to order or personalized, so processing times vary. Offering such a large catalog of unique jewelry pieces means that production times for each of our pieces vary. The best way to understand the estimated delivery date of one of our pieces is to check the individual product pages to find its shipping estimate*.

If you have already completed your purchase, open your order confirmation email and click the "View Your Order" button to see the status of each item in your order and the estimated delivery date.

We do our best to estimate delivery times based on production time and standard shipping. We currently offer standard shipping on all orders, which typically takes 2-9 days. Depending on the contents of your order or your location, some orders may qualify for expedited shipping, which takes 2-4 business days. If your order qualifies for expedited shipping, you will see that option under "Shipping Method" at checkout.

Please note that our estimates are for U.S. orders. Shipping times for international orders vary by carrier and location.

Shipping
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items. We will ship each item to you as it is ready, so you may receive multiple packages at different times. Rest assured, you will receive an email with tracking information for each package we ship.

US Shipping Times
Once created, your items will be turned over to our shipping partners. They have the following estimated shipping times depending on the method you choose:

Standard Shipping: 4-15 business days from ship date
Expedited Shipping: 2-7 business days from ship date (not guaranteed)
Please note that expedited shipping is not available for all orders or regions. If your order qualifies for expedited shipping, you will see a "Shipping Method" option at checkout. Expedited shipping is only available after your order has been produced. It ensures faster shipping times, but does not affect the time it takes to fulfill.

International Shipping Times
We ship many of our products to most countries worldwide. We do not ship every single one of our products to every country. If you would like to see if your location qualifies for international shipping, please enter your address at checkout. Please note that USPS does take a few weeks for international shipping, and tracking is only available until it leaves the US, then it's in the hands of your local post office and cannot be tracked by customs.

Lost your package?
For delivery or tracking issues, the easiest and quickest way to get a resolution is to contact the shipping company directly. Sometimes carriers will mark shipments as "delivered" too early, or require more information from you to complete the delivery.

*Shipping Estimates
Estimated shipping time ranges are calculated based on average shipping times. Time estimates are based on business days and do not include weekends and holidays. If your order does not arrive within the estimated shipping time, or if you have additional questions about shipping, please contact DawnBreak0826@outlook.com.
