Dawn Break Fashion Jewelry Independent Station Return and Exchange Policy

At Dawn Break, we are committed to providing every customer with a satisfying shopping experience. We strive to deliver inspiration and joy through every order. If you have any questions about the jewelry you purchased, please refer to the return and exchange policy below:

  1. Return and Exchange Period: You can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange after 30 days. All returns are subject to a return and/or restocking fee.
  2. Return and Exchange Conditions: The product must be intact, unused, and retain the original packaging and tags.

    A valid proof of purchase (such as order number, receipt or proof of purchase, etc.) must be provided.
  3.  No returns or exchanges are allowed in the following situations:
    The product is damaged or lost due to personal reasons.


    Items that have been used or worn.


    Customized items or special items (unless there is a quality problem).


    We currently do not support international returns.
    All international orders are final sales.

    Personalized Returns


    Due to the custom nature of personalized items, we are unable to offer returns.
    Your personalized jewelry is designed just for you! However, if your order is defective, we will replace it free of charge.

    Of course, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, so if you are not satisfied with your personalized item order, we ask that you contact our customer service team (DawnBreak0826@outlook.com) and we will work with you to resolve the issue.


    *Please note that once you order a personalized item, we will start processing it immediately, so we cannot accept cancellations on personalized orders.


  4. Return and Exchange Process: 

    Please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.


    We will provide you with a return address and specific steps to follow.


    Please send the item back with the original packaging and proof of purchase.


    We will process your refund or exchange once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return and exchange conditions.
  5.  Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to your payment account through the same route, and the specific arrival time will be based on the payment platform.

  6. Shipping Instructions:

    For returns or exchanges due to product quality issues, the shipping costs are borne by us.


    For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
